Rebecca Smith Henning is an associate in the firm's litigation department. Ms. Henning’s practice focuses on entertainment and intellectual property litigation, and also includes various aspects of employment law. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations and mediations, and in proceedings before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Ms. Henning received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1999, and received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2004. During law school, she worked as a volunteer in the Los Angeles Free Clinic's Legal Department. Ms. Henning is a member of the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills Bar Associations.
